Moving forward in career

Hello all respective seniors, Actually I don’t know how many people will respond in my post, but I can't control myself to ask this question. I have been working in a reputed chemical company as a procurement associate. My total work experience is around 3.5 years, but my experience as a procurement field is 1.5 years and continues......And I want to be a Sourcing & procurement specialist and want to work on SAP Ariba. So now my question is every job vacancy in Naukri, LinkedIn whatever it is, they all are required experience on an implementation project or experience on consulting role something like that. So there is nobody to hire a trained candidate and make them experienced, only they want an experienced candidate. So how can I start my career..??
