As an employee I feel that I have learned so many things (i.e. knowledge about process, safety, environment, QC as well as team work) from this Organization.

Dislikes

Here growth is slow... Somehow I'm not agree with company's system. There is no systematic evaluation process of skills of employee. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Primarily I felt good while there is a case of learning. But their system and slow employee growth make me bored now .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
