A big zero. They have cut down man power starting from covid period Mar.20 to save their old people of more than 65 of age having some understanding with management and involved in different activities to satisfy personal interest , not for organisational growth. They are afraid of enegetiv young and mid-aged generation having horsepower to grow the company

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
