The seniors use to support and they allowed me to lead a department in one site and for that my growth was huge.

The management use to provide support in job related issues but they never intervened in salary hiking or any type of bonuses. They use to praise in words but not in monetary matter.

In field job work is always hectic but if you are energetic and really love the job then everything will seem smooth.

Mostly I like to teamwork and work and life balance maintain and the working environmental is very good.

There is on no job training for fresher and politics

I'm covered the 6 converyors including three transfer house.All equipment like gearbox ,motor, coupling, bearing and other equipments inspection is my daily duty.
