Job security is good if you are top performer or top follower of old tenured people in organization . If you are none then there is no job security, you will be made to think whether your presence is required here or not

Same repetitive projects and this becomes overwhelming with pathetic work life balance

Work life balance is nil . You would be treated with the same as management consulting associate is supposed to be
