The Staff is very hardworking and loyal. You will meet good people the training is also just perfect.

here the thing which I disliked was that the growth is very slow and you will miss the extra fun activities because I haven't participated in any trip or event in a year.

After RGM Not seen any Growth and Salary is very low as a RGM 3.Work life balance not happening due to working hours is 10 hrs etc

It’s was nice to work with the staff of McDonald’s and staff culture also was good Manager’s was also nice it’s was enjoyable to work with all the crew members of McDonald’s.And they have one nice policy that we pursue education also from the company they have future planning for the staff
