The company is open to innovation and readily adopts lates technology..I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, High quality products and has a global clients base... another plus point is that my colleagues comes from various cultural background...I also like the employee re here policy here...

Compensation is decent, but growth is also...the work pressure is very high... sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in day as I have to attend client calls in the evening & sometimes late in to the night..

There is no correct accountabilities. No separate applications in this improvised situation to correct the accountabilities. Still, manual work is going on and it corrupts the system or organisation. Certain work is not given to the person. Suddenly they give any appointment and say do that. There is lot of improvement required.
