Here you get more work pressure so you can auto-metrically became a very hard worker, you can learn all types of work related with construction by doing other roll during company's work pressure.

They want one man army not a strong group so there are one person who done all the work and this credit goes to manager or higher level staff in all department. Partiality is the main thing for the promotion.

I have to maintain the raw material of project and distribute properly by planning and following the company's rule. Making all the reports like MIS, Fixed assets status, and many other reports, but get nothing.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
