I worked in McDonald for 2 years and in the end after resignation they stopped my salary of pl which we get after resignation also the environment was not good there for employees due to OC

As a teenager tge salary was good. Bonus is also there. Good culture and work place. Improvement in career as in retail shops and corporate

After RGM Not seen any Growth and Salary is very low as a RGM 3.Work life balance not happening due to working hours is 10 hrs etc

It’s was nice to work with the staff of McDonald’s and staff culture also was good Manager’s was also nice it’s was enjoyable to work with all the crew members of McDonald’s.And they have one nice policy that we pursue education also from the company they have future planning for the staff

Earlier company was ok but now its not good to join appraisal is terribly too late once you about to join they show you in about 2 year you will become restaurant manager but its totaaly wrong.so be safe
