Good work environment and culture to apply my knowledge and gaining career growth. Excellent company policies and management is transparent. Company give decent salary. Excellent in-house trainings and online trainings are provided for every employees.

Though working hard and accomplished the given task on schedule there is no recognition from immediate boss. There is insecurity of job.

Earlier e.g. In 90's when Americans were in management team, there was only passion to work, once Americans were sent back to US, then TCN (third category nations) took over as CS or project manager, only Construction existed because of greed for bonus, safety came in last, Quality came second.......................... As time passed, CBI became Cousins Brother & in-laws forming Mafias from Batangas, So non Batangian (Pakistanis or Indians were disappointed discouraged) and in top management bids were leaked and load of mudslinging, then McDermott invasion, CBI's Red Book Standards written by Mr jim Rudy's transformed in CMS (Cbi Management System) Cbi is in my DNA not McDermott. perticular my dept. - regarding training chances are less to career growth, entry level salary is your happiness to join & afterwards only waiting period. Politics is everywhere. job security is also 50%-50%. regarding Team mates - all are good & excellent in their work.
