Salary is good compared to other main contractors.

Dislikes

Family benefits component provided for is not clarified in the offer. Once you join you will get to know, you will get that amount after you bring your family. So effectively, you will loose first 2, 3 months of this amount. Secondly, the agreed salary and provided salary will have a minor difference, and the justification is, this is as per their company pay structure and calculation, so you always loose 200 or 300 from your salary.

Relative of the higher officers only can get the full benefits (open politics). Poor maintenance of yard toilets and no free food.

Wouldn't recommend. No job security, Low pay for expats, Your qualification doesn't matter, you are treated bad, High work load even on off days. Only advantage is that you are forced to learn so many things in so little time just to stay afloat.
