When I joined this company This is growing company 5 year before, Teammates were very good, Salary/appraisal were good,work environment good,

Dislikes

After demonetisation company had got very loss & sometime they took very wrong decisions.All employees move out from this company, salary & appraisal are stuck there., now a days company not paying salary to his employees time time time., Now here is right now not any job security, career growth all are freezed

Generally speaking I gain a lot of knowledge from this company, The owners of this company is very helpful, but some wrong decision or any kind of reason company not going any growht

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
