Mazars is brand French organization when I joined in Government CSR verticals as a consultant I saw there is no HR policy, no work culture, no job security, management will send any where without discussion. Wrong decision in my carrier to joined Mazars Advisory Government n CSR verticals

Having good clients and you can get good exposure if you can survive in politics and in micromanagement

With a lot of micromanagement, you can not take independently any decision. Work culture is full of politics, HR does not bother about your queries and issues.

i have never seen company like this before. No Work and personal life balance. If you have good relation with your senior, your efforts would be recognized else they will make your life hell. I spent 4 miserable months here. Also i want to pint out their recruitment process. The recruiters who call themself HR analyst do not have clarity even about job description.
