I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. All the hotels are so well maintained but for doing the we need to be competent like old property.Its all old school method using. No authority of doing work. Not liking at all.

It's all about owner oriented property,we can't take a single decision to make happy of the guest.even we can't give a 250gms of cake for a special occasion if guest request. So work calture should be charged.
