Here comes the point which makes company really bad There are groups based on the language they speak (Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil) and most people support their own- So when you struck with the management which are opposite to your language- You're done! Don't expect any growth! Managerial People are so biased- They always think that they are knowledgeable and never try to listen or open to new ideas- which affects the subordinates - Here team would face stress & frustration to complete deadline. Any team here does not give you the trust or comfort for being there! Its just mental stress! So if you feel uncomfortable and you want to raise your concern to HR..Hmm! Dont think about complaining at all bro! Coz they just forward everything like email with date & time(Jus kidding) to that concern person itself. Rest of your time would be hell then! I have been in this company for so long and i could see only one particular group of ppl in HR team- It seems that group took contract of that team! You can see lot of dramas with different plots here, better than Indian serials - I secretly enjoyed that! But I assure one thing, if everything got fixed, this company would be the best!
