Fake commitment from hr department before joining about in hand salary, After joining totally different in hand salary coming. When I talk zonal hr she is not giving a proper solution. Also they are sending employees for field work but they are not paying petrol expenses to employees. Means you have not earn anything in your take home salary hike. Hr department is to much confused and roude. Saturday Sunday working. Also daily 9.30 to 8.00 timing average. Means no work life balance. I am having the worst time of my career, I am suffering from a spinal injury, and my manager Mr. Pankaj Tandon calls me every other day to ask me to log in to business never asks for my health and when I ask him to approve my sick leaves, he simply denies saying it is against rules of the company. Whenever I call HR they don't pick up calls and reply to written messages on WhatsApp call again asking for sales targets to get my leaves approved. They won't let you be in the field for sales and make you sit in the office all day and ask you to call your clients and invite them to the office rather than going to their offices or residence, this leads to pathetic sales performance as this inevitable when you are in the office all day making plans for sales and not doing actual sales. I don't think senior management makes such rules and even if they do execution is really unimaginable. You have no one to discuss the issues. I hope max takes care of such issues because my many batch mates have left and many more are planning to leave the organization. After we leave a message will go to management that "we were not good salespeople and left", no one will talk about people leading us to this situation....Read More
