Company is great, but it is region specific

Region specific, the people of Kerala, makes it tough to be able to work and no inclusion. Employees are not given voice to speak. Especially, if you are not from Kerala. It is tough to work here. People are not chivalric at all. Region Specific. The organization in other states are awesome. But, places like Kerala, it would be tough to survive, due to the office politics. It is tough to survive in any life insurance not only in Max, any where it is tough. The men will not allow the women to grow. It is the same in other insurance companies, the men wont allow you to grow, they will plan something to ensure that you are down, even after the great numbers you will get the worst rating ever. No ethics followed. Even you are a performer, you wont be able to grow, just coz the men wont allow you to grow in that region. Kerala, is the worst state to work with. There has to be a proper mechanism and the south regions, there must be aleader from noth or west to deal with and not the south, that change will have inclusions and no biasisms and no favouratisms.
