Do not work in this company as off role/contractual basis. This company is very bad for off payrole employees. My experience is also very bad can't just elaborate in some words. There is much more to say but in short its a very bad place to work as off payrole employee.

Everything is disliked from entry level to exit level.. No growth plan for off payrole employees. Make off role employees job less in one minute call partiality environment is also not good

Till 2019-20, company had very good work culture. Credit goes to all vintage employees & who were real Leaders got shaped up during New York Life Era. I love MLIC, bcoz whatever I am today, it has been shaped by Max Life.

Very less or no more work life balance. Now it's only unrealistic number chasing across every levels. Leaders are just saving jobs & no Mentoring is happening.

very high pressure, daily they will ask you to do products. they will assign you more than one branch and tell to get active . the minimum amount to get active is 1 lac.and you to get active on branches in which you are assined. beside that they force you to do term insurance . even if you do 10 lac a month ,they will forget about this after 2 days and pressure you to do more..and daily you to hear bad words from your boss morning, evening and nyt ( 7 pm )...your boss will treat you like sl*ves...And that's my experience. when i resigned from there 4 of my colleagues were also resigned,with 2 month difference......Read More
