I have given my 5.6 years in Max I have started my career as a Trainee CRE in Max & after done hard work company has also rewarded me with promotions, really I was very happy in Max, gained grate experience, grate learning about retail, really Max is a excellent platform in retail, if I will get again opportunity then definitely I will join again MAX.

I would be very happy to write about lifestyle international Max fashion pvt Ltd as I have joined max fashion as an inventory manager in year 2021 and worked 3 years till July 2023. The best thing about company is the learnings and experiences also the best thing is that it's been 1.5 years I had left my job and still on diwali I got some amount of bonus or incentive from them which I had literally not expected last year also I had got some amount of bonus and this year also before Diwali I got some amount credited. Therefore it's clear everything about companies ethical values and how importance they give to their employees. FT & PT staff HR policy. When there is vacancy in any store, our HR team asks to hire part timer or full timer. But after few days if store SPD below the Manning budget when those FT/PT lose her job. It's very difficult for us to manage this. Even in future if we need a part-timer or full timer again ,we don't get it.
