There is lot of Politics, Favoritism, No job security. No support from the management. No work life balance. We have to work for 24hours, expect us to work after reach home. No additional pay for that. Low salary. No importance given for your experience. They don't know how to treat the employees. Freshers only can join and learn the skills.

Worst - they never support below TL levels. They are not considered TL queries also. There is a lot of internal politics. No job security. When you have to complain about and above assistant managers they will not consider your complaint. No support from the management. No proper lead.
