The main thing to highlight here regarding the cited subject is that the growth of the employees is within ie whenever any vaccancy gets created,Mass Infotech Society gave oppurtunity to its employees who are already working.

Dislikes

The communication gap between Higher Management and rest of the staff in terms of getting approvals. No TOT for freshers in new Projects. Even senior members sometime feel that whom to contact to get the approval for small things.
