As we are are here on project basis as if there are projects we are there if not there is no security of job. There is also positive things to be mentioned here i.e Mass infotech society is an employee friendly company,there is no bossism in this company.Mass info tech believes in the work as per the norms of the project and companyand there is no compromise in quality training. Both compensation and growth is slow but work load is high in this company.But the positive thing is that we have a flexible office timing from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.Some times due to some issues we have to extend our timing.From management there are always delays in payment either to partners or salary & expenses which badly affects our working atmosphere.
