There is no life security, and salary paid is low

Growth is low. The work pressure is very high. Sometime s I have to work 14-18hours staraight in day also there is no on job training for fresher's hence Senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is pain sometimes

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
