I have 1.5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in the Battery Management System (BMS) domain within the EV industry. Previously, I worked at Maruti Suzuki for 1.2 years, during which I had the opportunity to go on-site to Suzuki Japan for 6 months on a business trip. Currently, I am working at a product-based startup in the EV sector, focusing on BMS, and have been here for the past 3 months. I was learning very good things about Maruti Suzuki it is very useful for my career

Service is not good and salary is too much low they are very pressurised for target

Work Details

In may 23-2014 I was started my job in Maruti Suzuki as a technical for 1 year after then I was promoted as a service advisor then a learn very good communication with customers. In 12 August I was left my job in Maruti Suzuki for some personal reason.
