I have 1.5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in the Battery Management System (BMS) domain within the EV industry. Previously, I worked at Maruti Suzuki for 1.2 years, during which I had the opportunity to go on-site to Suzuki Japan for 6 months on a business trip. Currently, I am working at a product-based startup in the EV sector, focusing on BMS, and have been here for the past 3 months. I am seeking internal referrals for System Engineer roles at automotive Tier-1 suppliers.

Toxic Work Environment

Accept or Reject?

12 YOE, and I am getting 601 grade (software engineer II - Associate) JPMorgan Chase with 29LPA as Fix.Shall I opt-in and take this offer and role? I expected to get 602 at least with my YOE.Pls advice JP folks. Thanks in advance.

Salary -- Accepted Offer

I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Can I reach out to HR for salary revision after accepting offer? I still have 3 weeks left for joining. *My interview went really well. But HR low balled just becuase of current salary
