Although MD is quite aggressive Sales man but machines quality is not supported by the manufacturing team.

Dislikes

Company is struggling for finances, Salaries never comes on time. In my entire career here it was always delayed by not less than 15 days time. My own expenses submitted not yet received worth Rs. 2 Lakh till date.

Work Details

I worked here for 2 years. In tough market also we were able to get order against Ace & LMW but Marshall was never able to supply those machines on time and even after machine supply the quality of the machine was not up to mark as expected.

Marshall machines is not standardized the product. Every issue is discussion direct MD. No middle men like Manager, or head

Great company for learners and innovators. Products are very innovative which gives real advantages to the user in terms of Productivity, Quality and ROI. It is very satisfying to work with a MD who is highly technical and understands the pulse of the machine tool market. Very enthusiastic management, always there to support you. Company gives you free hand to manage your team and your work.

Being in sales, Work pressure is there and you need to innovate regularly so as to meet the assigned targets. Sometimes systems are bypassed by the top management. Top management does not involve front end employees in developing new products, as per the market demands.

A very challenging job, requires a very high degree of enthusiasm and market intelligence and knowledge of your competitors products. Lot of travelling to meet customers, sometimes is very hectic, my enthusiasm to meet new people makes my job satisfying.

Very poor environment ; management has their own policies no salary time ; management required only post mans ; request you to all don't spoil your career with this company.......

No training for employee also having no extra benefits even you received your own expanses after 4-5 months later they are maintaining so many cross verification point even in real they are like teeth of elephant....

more than 450 employees are working in marshall they are cheaters and they are very poor ESI as well medical policies.......you can die even management don't care about you and your family.........

This company is good for cnc sales because you can adapt more technical knowledge, this company manufacture multiple types of cnc turning machines, likes Single spindle, double spindle, Twinturn machines etc.
