Nothing to like ,struggled a lot with rate issue ( undercut) No time to field work, all Sales officers and top management spending time with team call regularly.they forgot legwork

Dislikes

Regular teams meeting With out knowledge top people asking questions Lot of useless trackers send everyday non of the correct tracking Ex:-Spoke Shakthi, shubham and mangalam , urbanization,top spokes and unbilled Nothing useful for spokes and Direct DBs

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
