No promotions, skill development and learning programs are nil.Rankers get nothing there. People sitting at the HO never want someone from the field to succeed to HO. They would never allow anyone to be appointed in HO positions. HO and Leadership team only wants and promotes tier 1 and 2 graduates.They gets promoted once in 2 yearsor so but for a it would take atleast 6-7 years in the same role and that too outperforming the tier 1 and 2 folks a million times!!!...Read More
