Only thing I dislike about this company is that top management does not listen or take experiences from the ground reality and works on their own. Some times actual ground reality is different than they are assuming or thinking. and that the main reason that after having so many successfull products in the globe we here are struggling for the sales. My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
