initially it gives right culture and have thought to give ample opportunity to everyone example it gives you earning and learning together as well as helping others with in terms of rising star , serve our world etc. for career growth it has too much of options like EDP/LEAD/VOYAGER program and many more. But again it depends in which property you are working and it depends totally on management how good they are to provide you every aspects like personally I will suggest do not just choose any property just because it is Marriott. there are properties where you will not learn anything apart from politics and partialities and it willruin your career. Many training we have to just sign the paper but internally nothing happens practical. If there is not training manager than your entire year will spoil but you will not complete EDP/LEAD etc. and the worst part nobody will discuss about it, also in this pandemic there were situations where we all had to go through pay cuts and 30days work without any PL/SL/CL which is completely fine and understanding for executive or managers but at least HR or HOD should discuss with associates and do not think so anyone will not give his/her support. If you are sick or quarantine will not get food on time ever , there will not locker and washroom will be be stinky there will not be fan /exhaust/AC at least a window .anyone can blame on your character (HOD & HR) without thinking that associate has spent precious time with your organization . they will give more importance to new jonnies compared to senior associates do not worry its not completing here all of sudden everyone will start behaving with you bearded if you take a stand for your rights than you will not get a single support from your HOD or HR than better you leave and look something else....Read More
