Marriott is just a Propogonda and nothing else, there's no work culture and they discriminate people who are new to Marriott system, I wish this goes to Neeraj Govil and Raj Menon that how does thier team down the line manage the GM's and how do they discriminate, and by giving wrong promises to the Owners when the hotel does not perform they blame everything on the GM. Its a 5 star Hotel that's it. I do general shift.
I work as a airport representative. It's 25 year old Resort so there are some old employees which basically runs the Hotel. I have told my problems to my managers but got no proper reply from them. Only thing I get to hear is that they are working on it and just needs signatures of authorities and now it's been 3 months.
