Guests and members were really humble and good going . Sone were difficult to handle but rather than that food of the cafeteria for employees was nice .

Dislikes

The manager was not good to any employee . He didn’t paid us for working extra hours and even don’t give appraisal. Many people left the job before and after me in a week .

They had many internal jobs but they were meaningless as we never got to get transfer because it needed the HOD to sign. And they never signed because of stuff crunch. Very toxic. The only good thing was the yearly party but I never got to attend that because I was forced to do shift while the whole department and bosses were drinking booze in the party. so yeah Marriott international. is .toxic. abusive. no. growth. exploits. new. graduates....Read More

Young professionals are over worked, no salary hikes are given only employee of the month and employee of the year awards are handed out to curb dissatisfaction. They will not promote but instead hire externally always. Marriott India management is so rotten to the core, It's just that they will give empty promises but will never deliver, even after you achieving the Scores!! You have a very good Guest Voice score and mentions, you are punctual, always work unpaid overtime as an associate, but yet they will hire an executive from outside for 25k !! who doesn't even have experience in hospitality. And here you are expected to train them. meanwhile you are working fo mere 8k per month. RANK AND FILE ARE BEING EXPLOITED MY MARRIOTT INTERNATIONAL!...Read More

Very bad and the work- life balance and the toxic working place put me into depression, HR didn't even cover my cost when I was tested Covid +ve because I was working in the hotel for mere 25% of my salary that is 2.5k INR!
