Entirely politics and leader driven company with poor work-life balance. No matter how skilled or good you're at work, you need to please your boss and satisfy their ego. No one's bothered to resolve the issue or identify the problems, instead their perception about you would be basis how well you've pleased them or praised them. You are required to work long working hours and even on your off, 24*7, even if you have the skills to finish off your job in stipulated work timings. They will keep comparing the performance of one Marriott brand with the other, instead of identifying the USPs or product of each brand separately and managing it that way. You're paid very low. One can only progress and get opportunities if your boss likes you else not.
