I had completed 9 years with the company but I never thought that there would be napotism with me and I'll will be asked to leave the company. I didn't get any support when I required more.
Its an amazing organization to work with but the leadership qualities are missing in some of units. The core values and culture has been destroyed by them.
When you give 100% to company then in return you also expect something. I understand covid situation but before covid I had not been granted leaves during festival season, which I requested after an year. It was so disheartened

The company is all about DRAMA!!!
Racist and bias bosses. (Aseans are paid less than Europeans) they hardly have any education, directly from waitress they are brought as managers in Middle East or they spend quality time with their bosses partying and get promoted. And vice versa. And they all do this in a very swift way.
No matter how good you are, you’ll not get recognised if your bosses doesn’t like you. They promote people who they party with. In short , no ethical business. They find out who is the 3rd party auditors and then pamper them with freebies. Shame!!!

Its a 5 star Hotel that's it. I do general shift.
I work as a airport representative. It's 25 year old Resort so there are some old employees which basically runs the Hotel. I have told my problems to my managers but got no proper reply from them. Only thing I get to hear is that they are working on it and just needs signatures of authorities and now it's been 3 months.

This no work life balance you have to work per day 14 hrs per day. You will not get weekly off only you will get 3-4 per month, but you are eligible for 06 per month, affect from extra leave policy the will not follow.
