1. Poor judgement with below par top management ethics specifically in South Asia. 2. No uniform appraisal and assessment mechanism with poor HR ecosystem. 3. This no work life balance you have to work per day 14 hrs per day. You will not get weekly off only you will get 3-4 per month, but you are eligible for 06 per month, affect from extra leave policy the will not follow. At my place i dislike the thing is .there is only one kitchen. For all purpose, like restaurant, room dining, banquet .when it will busy it's get challenges to manage all thing together. Overall everything is satisfying
