Marriott culture . During Covid we are imposed with a salary cut, irrespective of how much is what I am earning per month. Just for being in a manager post , its not necessary that I will be getting high salary.Entire managers are imposed with salary cut of 50%, but are they earning in same scale? . Now my salary is lesser than a 3 yr experienced associate.

I have felt disappointed many time in Marriott in my 2 years, just because i keep on believing that Marriott will help me one day . I haven't compromised on my effort I put for work at any situation though.
