kind of work that we get is good. but need to fight a lot for it.

HR Policies change frequently without thinking about employees. Management changes every two months so none of grievances are addressed. Unfriendly workplace for Female and no policies to support Females after break or maternity. unequal growth opportunities and too much of company politics.. With the current policy for 6 months notice it is a never going out circle so enter cautiously Increment after 3 years was 5% so economically not so viable option. Food in cafeteria is pathetic so look out if Free food is something you are looking for Very few onsite opportunities and support for training and assistance. There are other companies with better policies and management who are employee friendly wonder why didn't opt them....Read More
