If you are willing to Join in RDE then forget "Work From Home". Other department have flexibility to take WFH, but it is restricted in RDE by Senior Management, and you have to justify your senior management about WFH.

Good work culture . Technical learnings. No variable pay. Leave policy is good. Free Food. Transport is payable.

Dislikes

Salary not as per market standard. Internal salary band are different in other departments. R&D head expectations of daily Extra late night work and weekend work, holidays working is horrible and disturbing personal life of employee. Always cost cutting on employee benifits like onsite opportunity, Long term service award money half, different WFH policy for different people.

1.Reporting manager doesn't know what exactly you are doing and what exactly the team is facing. 2. Working from home is a myth. 3. If you are coordinating something, then it will become your responsibility to close the task.
