Good work culture . Technical learnings. No variable pay. Leave policy is good. Free Food. Transport is payable.

Salary not as per market standard. Internal salary band are different in other departments. R&D head expectations of daily Extra late night work and weekend work, holidays working is horrible and disturbing personal life of employee. Always cost cutting on employee benifits like onsite opportunity, Long term service award money half, different WFH policy for different people.

1.Reporting manager doesn't know what exactly you are doing and what exactly the team is facing. 2. Working from home is a myth. 3. If you are coordinating something, then it will become your responsibility to close the task.

No performance based promotions, Politics playing HR and HRBP, Favorism within development, Lost many skilled employees within R&D, lost know how on development, no customer satisfaction, fake town hall meetings, name same performance appraisals.
