Lenskart is a such good working place were people can learn from basic in retail and that same time they will take your personal time for their business not satisfied with the organisation how it works for staff. The company only for a Cx who buys and not for staff.

Dislikes

The skilled people are wet cloth. Once you worked in Lenskart they will squeeze your skill and at last they will say. THIS COMPANY NOT FOR EMPLOYEES IT IS ONLY FOT CX ( Peeyush says DO MORE BE MORE )

Frequent shuffling of stores. Baised and unprofessional behaviour from AOM. Partiality and politics prevails within the cluster. If you are not a big Jalra then you have to suffer. All your efforts will not get unnoticed and will not be appreciated and your growth will be stopped by the AOM by giving bad remarks to the organisation.If you are a female employee then you can survive here, you will get all privilege by being nice to the AOM. Company for people They cheated so many customers by changing their warrenty policy- previously year & current customers really don't know about Warranty policy changed from 1 year to 6 month. They make a fool while they hiring. First they send employee to academy for training and they treated you link you are criminal and if you fail in academic then they hold your salary and no provide accomodation at the time of academy and OJT Don’t join this company at any cost they destroyed the personal and professional life
