I was hired by Ankita Parikh Jain Product Manager (so called). I don't know the work style of her. All she wanted to shadow her and that's totally not possible. Infact I'll tell you she gave me a task to extract 500 POC'S by the EOD &for this she knows or not data miners are there who do the relevant job. BTW when I asked for my full & final payment HR said as always " WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU" as always. Not got paid till yet....Read More

Lot of politics and what you do actually some other person takes the credit. Lastly, I worked here some guys are great but especially women's they don't know how to talk. Be professional if any of you join this agency. They never pay your full and final payment.

It was quite pathetic. As there was no PROPER KT sessions given out. No proper sales deck. I was hired as a SMM (Social Media Marketer) but from the very first day they forced me to do sales job too as I was having sales background.

Worst place to work in, most of the key account managers couldn't even complete 1 yr in this company. Because of NIL work life balance. And no wonder KAM are treated as workers

Whatever review you read about this company is FAKE. Worst HR ethics. Here the HR expects you to write a review about the company on the first day of joining. And to some of my colleagues it was also told that once u give our company a nice review (on glassdoor and ambition box) then only we will release the relieving letter. Some of the senior members of the company are very rude and they expect u today catchup all the work within one week only. Co-founder is very rude his employees and doesn't know how to behave with the new employees. They do all kind of fake reviews on social medias. Plz dont fall for it, there better companies than Marmeto. Other co-brands of Marmeto are better to work with....Read More
