1. They have good bargaining capabilities, they get goods in 50-70% cheaper than others. 2. Work order is full.

1. No respect for employee, no appreciation for work. 2. It is like a gang of top level people, they take decisions in isolation and do not want to understand the realities. 3. They expect all people to work more than 12 hours daily, including women candidates. Call people at 21 and 22 hours from home for their unplanned activities.

Work life balance is terrible. Company culture is name sake only on books and for audits but very unprofessional. Internal politics and typical Indian unprofessional mentality management. No proper salary increment, no proper HR regulations followed.
