The person who works keeps on getting loaded with more work and not get paid well for it. Nor appreciation or recognition for work. During month ends we never logged out and worked all night and next day too continuously, would force to work even on week off Saturday Sunday. The salary and benefits are poor. Increments most times are below inflation rates. If you are a post graduate you won’t enjoy it here as 95% of the work force are only graduates. You might have to deal with a lot of office politics.
