Marion Biotech aka Emenox healthcare is a terrible organization. They treat their employees like a slave. I have spent 4 months in that company & those 4 months are the worse months of my life. My manager was very rude who use to humiliate people every now & then. She was the main reason I quit the job.

Owner of the company is very rude. Office environment is exactly like a boarding school where you need to dress according to them, you can not go to the washrooms more 2 to 3 times even if you are not well. During lockdown they ask everyone to work from home but deducted the 30% of their salary. You need to fall sick to take WFH that too on 30% deduction of salary even after working for 12 hours. Office politics makes the environment more toxic. If you are ordering the food from outside then also you need to give explanation. You can not talk about your personal life here coz either they (people who call themselves your close friend) laugh or they will spread the news....Read More
