Company owns a product which has a huge customer base. Job Security was good until covid hits. Monthly Recognition. Bonus on Festivals.

Company not suitable for IT employees, no outings, no extra benefits, no health insurance, not available indoor games, appraisal is too low and one most important thing management can change policy/leaves decision at any time acc to their comfort.

Apart from all other things his not paying a deserve amount to their QA engineer only focus on developer salary it's hurting a lot only prefer a senior as junior your salary will be less then 50k
