I would like list down the dislikes about the company- 1. Micro management 2. Worst HR policies 3. Politics 4. Very less appraisal 5. Staff members are the kings and a lot more 6. Strict working hours 7. No work life balance

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
