There is little to no room for career growth, and the company has a reputation for quick hiring and firing, which creates job insecurity. Internal politics is a serious issue, often overshadowing genuine talent and creating a toxic work environment. There is a significant lack of appreciation or recognition for hard work, with seniors sometimes taking credit for subordinates' efforts. The work-life balance is poor, with unrealistic target pressure and constant deadlines.
