1. They have good environment in workplace. 2. Good cafeteria to stay connected with colleagues. 3. They are not kicking off their employees, frequently.

1. Hard-core night shift maybe the main problem for anyone, just because of you may face some health issues. 2. Higher management are soo much frequent minded, that can effect entire work culture. 3. Some manager's are soo bad to manage the team, team members got frustrated easily. They are not encourage you to get the best version of you. 4. They have working hour issues. You have to achieve the target working hour rate, which is 8 hours. Please be mind that, this is not an login hours. For example, if you have login hours of 10 hours, but your working hour just 5/6 hours, then after few days, you will be questioned by your manager or HR. This is just horrible....Read More

Everything is present for dislike. Biased management and want only beautiful lady and give promotion to them, only there is a very rare seat for deserving people.

Likes

People always work here with fear, nobody knows when and how they can loose their job. From the Ops mngr to processor level and even the HR team no one is out of the dangerline. There's no backbone of HR and 4 persons from HR resign at a time. Now think how good the company is.

Dislikes

No proper growth here. Only favourism works here. GM and CEO pokes everywhere, wheather it their matter or not.
