First, we never terminate any employees unless there is concrete evidence of misconduct such as harassment (POSH cases), breaches of data integrity, violations of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), or other serious breaches of conduct. Second, we have taken ample measures for the development of our members, and we always encourage our members to finish the work within the designated time. You might have had some unsatisfactory experiences, but if you had come forward, we would have surely helped you out. Instead, you chose to participate in this trend of spreading misinformation.
