Worst experience ever with partner and manager in Internal Audit domain. They are treating you very badly. Toxic atmosphere to work. Office politics and favourism can kill your efficiency and productivity. They will always favour the old candidate and demotivate the new candidates. Partner always listen to the manager and doesn't listen to the candidate. After doing hardwork for a month if you resigning in your probation period due to genuine reason they are not giving salary for the entire month. Worst kind of experience where you have worked day and night to meet up the expectations and still not getting the salary for the work done. What could be worse than this? Shame on you guys.
