I have been working with Mantra for over 2 years. I'm very pleased with the overall working environment. The culture is very friendly and supportive, and the management team is always open to new ideas and suggestions. The company also provides a great benefits package and competitive salaries.

Its an amazing place to work at for beginners. This is one place I felt you have an amazing overview from SDLC point of view from designing to production of a software. Lots of scope to learn as a Business Analyst and under stand about the softwares. Everyday is a new challenge and if one can meet up to those standards the individual can do well anywhere. Good leadership to guide you.

Dislikes

Sometimes the work pressure could be immense. Work Life balance could be better. Needs improvement on structure of the organisation and flow of information along the hierarchy.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
